In loving memory of Wanda Grasu, 72, whose life came to a heartbreaking end on September 15, 2026, in Owings Mills, Maryland. On an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, a moment near Owings Mills Boulevard and Strawhill Court became a tragedy that left behind sorrow, unanswered questions, and a profound sense of loss.
At approximately 2:40 p.m., Wanda was struck by a vehicle as it traveled southbound on Owings Mills Boulevard. Despite the efforts that followed, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Behind every heartbreaking headline is a human life—a person with memories, moments, relationships, hopes, and a story that mattered. Wanda was more than a name in a police report. She was someone whose presence touched the lives of others, someone whose absence will now be deeply felt by those who knew and loved her.
