Shannon was found deceased alongside 64-year-old Wayne Ratliff after Kerrville police officers responded to a welfare check. Authorities reported that both were discovered with apparent gunshot wounds and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Police are investigating the circumstances as a possible murder-suicide, with the investigation continuing.
