Around 2:40 a.m., near 66th Street and Champlain Avenue in Chicago’s Woodlawn neighborhood, tragedy unfolded in an alley where two men were reportedly standing when an unknown gunman approached and opened fire. Moo Moo suffered a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to the University of Chicago Hospital, where he was tragically pronounced dead. Another victim, a 20-year-old man, suffered a gunshot wound to the thigh and was listed in fair condition.
