According to authorities, the heartbreaking incident occurred around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Dixie Highway and South Arlington Road in Kenton County. Rhonda was traveling north on Dixie Highway on her 2022 Kaitong scooter when she lost control and fell onto the roadway. Emergency responders rushed her to UC Medical Center with life-threatening injuries, but sadly, she did not survive.
