Forever Remembered, Never Forgotten.
With hearts heavy with sorrow, we remember Kenneth “Big Man” Manuel, 38, of Lake Charles, Louisiana, whose life was tragically taken in a three-vehicle crash in Acadia Parish on September 16, 2026.
Kenneth was a passenger in a Dodge Nitro traveling along Louisiana Highway 13 near ORO Trail Road when the devastating collision occurred. Though the moments passed quickly, the loss left behind a lifetime of memories that will never fade. His passing is a heartbreaking reminder of how suddenly an ordinary evening can become a moment of unimaginable grief.
Behind the name “Big Man” was a life that mattered deeply—a son, family member, friend, and cherished soul whose presence brought meaning to the lives around him. Today, those who knew and loved Kenneth are left holding memories, photographs, stories, and the quiet moments that make someone unforgettable.
No words can truly fill the space left by a life taken too soon. Yet love has a way of keeping people close, even when they can no longer walk beside us. Kenneth’s memory will continue through every story shared, every photograph treasured, and every heart that refuses to forget him.
His funeral services will be held Saturday, September 26, 2026, at True Light Missionary Baptist Church in Lake Charles, with viewing from 9:00–11:00 a.m. and the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Combre Memorial Park.
