🕊️ A LIFE REMEMBERED, A HEART FOREVER MISSED.
Today, we pause with heavy hearts to remember William H. Price, 68, of Hubbard, Ohio, whose life was tragically taken following a motorcycle crash in Brookfield on May 30.
William was traveling westbound on Route 82 on his motorcycle when a collision occurred at the intersection of Route 82 and Warner Road. According to the Ohio Highway Patrol, a Jeep traveling southbound on Warner Road failed to yield at a stop sign, and the motorcycle struck the left side of the vehicle.
William was wearing a helmet and was rushed by Brookfield Fire-EMS to a hospital, but despite efforts to save him, he sadly passed away from his injuries.
His death leaves behind a silence that words can never fully explain. Sixty-eight years of memories, moments, kindness, laughter, and connections cannot simply disappear. Though his journey ended far sooner than anyone wished, the imprint of his life remains in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
On September 18, the Ohio Highway Patrol filed a vehicular manslaughter charge in connection with the fatal crash. The case was filed in Trumbull County Eastern District Court.
May William’s memory be a gentle light for everyone who carries him in their heart. May the memories he created bring comfort through the sorrow, and may his name never be forgotten.
