Two young lives, two bright futures, and countless dreams have been tragically cut short. Jordan Boykin, 17, and Antoine Boykin, 14, are being remembered after losing their lives in a devastating double homicide on Heather Stone Way in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia, on Wednesday night. At just 17 and 14, Jordan and Antoine had so much life ahead of them. They were young souls whose journeys were only beginning, with opportunities to grow, dreams to pursue, and countless memories still waiting to be made. Their reported connection to Collins Hill High School makes this loss even more painful for the school community and fellow students.

According to Gwinnett County Police, detectives have arrested 19-year-old Alexander Canela-Panchi in connection with the killings. He faces two counts each of felony murder and aggravated assault, along with firearm and narcotics-related charges. Authorities are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
