    Dagoberto Moreno-Prada & J. Natividad Martinez-Colin. 🕊️💔

Some moments change everything in the space of a heartbeat. On Monday night, September 14, 2026, a heartbreaking tragedy unfolded along U.S. Highway 26 near milepost 74 on the Warm Springs Indian Reservation in Oregon, leaving two lives forever remembered and two families facing an unimaginable loss.

Dagoberto Moreno-Prada, 31, of Eugene, Oregon, was driving an eastbound semi-truck hauling a large intermodal container when the vehicle lost control while navigating a corner. The truck rolled and slid into the westbound lanes, where it collided head-on with a Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by J. Natividad Martinez-Colin, 35, of Vancouver, Washington.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

In an instant, roads became silent, families received devastating news, and futures that once held countless possibilities were suddenly gone. Behind their names were lives filled with memories, hopes, responsibilities, laughter, and people who loved them deeply.

The highway eventually reopened, but for those who knew Dagoberto and Natividad, there is no simple reopening after a loss like this. Their absence will be felt in quiet moments, familiar places, and memories that refuse to fade.

May their lives be remembered not only by the tragedy that took them, but by the moments that made them who they were. May their loved ones find strength in one another, comfort in cherished memories, and peace in the days ahead.

🕯️ Rest peacefully, Dagoberto Moreno-Prada and J. Natividad Martinez-Colin. Your memories will forever remain.

Gone from this world, but never forgotten. 🕊️🤍

Some lives leave footprints far deeper than words can ever describe. On Friday, September 18, the world became painfully quieter for 27-year-old Joshua Christopher Holland of Adams County, Ohio, a young man who was simply doing his job when tragedy struck.

Just before 4:00 a.m., Joshua was working along eastbound I-275 near mile marker 42.6 in Springdale when he was struck by a vehicle. He was rushed by ambulance to Bethesda North Hospital, where, despite every effort, he later succumbed to his injuries.

The highway was closed for several hours as investigators worked through the heartbreaking scene. The Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office Traffic Safety Unit continues to investigate, while authorities have said impairment does not currently appear to have been a factor.
