A TRAGIC ACCIDENT CLAIMS THE LIFE OF A BELOVED WOMAN IN MORGAN COUNTY, OHIO.💔
The heartbreaking loss of Gloriana Blair of Glouster, Ohio, has left family members, friends, and loved ones facing an unimaginable sorrow. Her life was tragically cut short on November 2, 2026, following a devastating motor vehicle accident on Pounds Road in Morgan County, Ohio. What began as an ordinary journey turned into a heartbreaking tragedy that no one could have anticipated.
According to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred in the 5500 block of Pounds Road when a 2007 Ford truck traveling eastbound stalled while attempting to climb a steep incline. As the driver, Richard Blair, exited the vehicle to investigate the mechanical problem, Gloriana also began getting out of the truck.
Tragically, the vehicle unexpectedly began rolling backward. During the incident, the passenger-side door struck Gloriana, knocking her to the ground, where she was subsequently struck by the truck.
Emergency responders rushed her to O’Bleness Hospital in Athens County, but despite their efforts, she sadly succumbed to her injuries.
A possible mechanical defect is believed to have contributed to the accident, although the investigation remains ongoing.
