Christopher “Chris” Stidams — Hope for Answers After Human Remains Are Found in Kentucky.

Christopher “Chris” Stidams, a missing 35-year-old man last heard from on August 3, 2024, and last seen in Carrollton, Kentucky, is among those whose case may come to mind following the discovery of human skeletal remains in a wooded area off Miller Road near Crittenden, Grant County, on Monday, October 12, 2026. However, authorities have not confirmed that the remains belong to Christopher Stidams.

According to his missing-person description, Christopher has brown hair and blue eyes. He stands approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs around 120 pounds. He also has two distinctive tattoos: the name “Carley” on the right side of his neck and a Chevrolet bowtie on his forearm.

The discovery has prompted an investigation by Kentucky State Police. The remains were found by someone walking in or around the wooded area and were removed by the Grant County coroner for examination at the State Medical Examiner’s Office in Frankfort. Authorities are working to establish the identity of the individual.

Behind every missing-person case is a life filled with memories, experiences, and connections that cannot simply be erased by time. For those still waiting for answers about someone who disappeared, uncertainty can be a heartbreaking burden that never truly fades.

Christopher’s case remains a reminder of the importance of keeping missing individuals in the public eye and treating every possible lead with compassion and care.

Until officials confirm the identity of the remains, it is essential not to assume they belong to Christopher.

May the truth emerge, may every unanswered question find its answer, and may every family still searching for a missing loved one eventually find the peace and closure they deserve.
