Today, we remember Sharon Christine Jones, affectionately known as “Fox Jones,” 37, of Anderson, South Carolina, whose life came to a tragic end following a devastating single-vehicle accident early Friday morning, November 6, 2026, along Airline Road near Whitfield Drive in Anderson County.
According to Anderson County Coroner Greg Shore, authorities received an emergency call around 1:45 a.m. reporting a vehicle collision. When emergency personnel arrived, they discovered Sharon had tragically succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
Preliminary findings indicate that Sharon was traveling along Airline Road when her vehicle veered off the right side of the roadway and overturned multiple times. During the crash, she was ejected from the vehicle. Investigators reported that she was not wearing a seatbelt.
