Gone Too Soon After Tragic Scooter Accident in Norwalk.
With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we remember Christopher Moorer, 46, of Norwalk, Connecticut, whose life was tragically cut short in a devastating scooter accident during the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 4, 2026. What began as an ordinary morning became an unimaginable tragedy, leaving behind sorrow and unanswered questions.
At approximately 4:07 a.m., Norwalk emergency dispatchers received a 911 call reporting a motor vehicle accident involving a scooter near 650 West Avenue. Norwalk police officers, firefighters, and paramedics rushed to the scene, where they immediately began providing Christopher with emergency medical assistance. He was transported by ambulance to Norwalk Hospital, where, despite efforts to save his life, he sadly succumbed to his injuries.
Christopher’s passing is a heartbreaking reminder of how suddenly life can change. One moment, someone is here, making memories and moving through life’s journey; the next, their absence leaves a silence that words can hardly describe.
