According to New York State Police, the heartbreaking crash occurred Wednesday morning, October 28, 2026, at approximately 10:26 a.m. on State Route 9W. Lenore was driving a Nissan Altima when her vehicle collided head-on with a commercial box truck as she attempted to turn onto the highway from County Route 51.
Lenore was airlifted to Albany Medical Center in critical condition, where medical professionals fought to save her life. Sadly, despite those efforts, she succumbed to her injuries, leaving behind a painful loss that words can scarcely describe.
