LaCluyse of Kokomo, Indiana, tragically lost his life in a devastating crash on Jefferson Street near Bridle Way in Howard County. Anthony was driving a Chevrolet Avalanche eastbound when his vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with a semi-truck. Despite lifesaving efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
