The world can change in the blink of an eye, leaving behind a silence that words can never fully explain. On October 23, 2026, 24-year-old Dominique Mancha tragically lost his life in a devastating motorcycle crash at the intersection of Faudree Road and Santa Fe Drive in Odessa, Texas.
At approximately 7:23 p.m., Mancha was traveling northbound on a 2016 Yamaha motorcycle in the 3600 block of Faudree Road when a white Lexus reportedly failed to yield the right of way at a stop sign on Santa Fe Drive. The motorcycle collided with the vehicle, setting off a heartbreaking chain of events that would end in unimaginable loss.
Odessa police officers and Odessa Fire Rescue personnel responded to the scene, and Mancha was rushed to Medical Center Hospital for emergency medical care. Sadly, despite medical efforts, he was pronounced deceased. His next of kin have been notified, while the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the collision remains ongoing.
At only 24, Dominique’s journey ended far too early. An age when dreams should still be growing, opportunities unfolding, and countless beautiful memories waiting to be created became a moment of sorrow that those who knew and loved him must now struggle to comprehend.
