According to the Panama City Police Department, officers responded to the scene around 9:15 a.m. in the 3700 block of Highway 231. Investigators reported that Cynthia was riding a Can-Am three-wheeled motorcycle northbound when it struck the rear of a Mitsubishi SUV traveling in the same direction. She was transported to a local hospital, where she later died from her injuries.
