With profound sadness, we remember 58-year-old Maria Zepeda of Orange, Texas, who tragically lost her life on Thursday evening, October 22, 2026, following a devastating collision involving a Toyota Highlander and a northbound BMW in the 2400 block of North 16th Street in Orange, at approximately 9 p.m. Maria was a passenger in the Highlander when the vehicle attempted to turn from the center lane into a private drive and collided with the BMW. She was ejected from the vehicle and rushed to Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, where she sadly passed away.
Some losses arrive without warning, leaving behind a silence that words can never fully explain. One moment, life continues as usual; the next, everything changes.
