A HEARTBREAKING LOSS on U.S. 62 LEAVES A LIFE REMEMBERED FOREVER.

With heavy hearts, we remember Debbie Westfall, 60, of Lynchburg, Ohio, whose life was tragically cut short in a devastating crash on U.S. 62 near Custer Road in Highland County, Ohio. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Debbie was driving a 2016 Nissan Rogue northbound when she slowed to make a left turn. Her SUV was struck from behind by a 2011 Freightliner truck driven by a 17-year-old, resulting in a devastating collision that claimed her life.

The impact forced Debbie’s Nissan Rogue off the west side of the roadway, while flying debris struck a southbound Ford F-150. The driver of the pickup was not injured, and the truck driver reportedly sustained minor injuries. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding this heartbreaking tragedy.

Some goodbyes arrive without warning, leaving behind an emptiness that words can never fully explain. One moment, life moves forward with its familiar routines; the next, everything changes in ways no one could have imagined. Debbie’s passing is a painful reminder of how precious and fragile every journey truly is.

At 60, Debbie’s story deserved many more chapters, more beautiful mornings, more cherished moments, and more opportunities to create memories with the people whose lives she touched. Although her journey ended far too soon, the significance of a life is never measured by the number of years alone, but by the love, memories, and connections that remain.

Today, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Debbie’s family, friends, and everyone mourning her loss. May they find strength through their darkest hours and comfort in the memories that time cannot erase.

Rest peacefully, Debbie Westfall. Your earthly journey has ended, but your memory will forever remain a light in the hearts of those who remember you. 🕊️💔
