According to reports, Preston was playing outside his home on Brookhaven Court when his father reversed the Cybertruck from the driveway and accidentally struck him. Terrick immediately called 911, and emergency responders rushed to the scene. Preston was transported to Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar with severe injuries, but despite the efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead later that night.

During the law enforcement pursuit, Henry suffered a fatal self-inflicted injury. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office reported that he was pronounced dead at approximately 9:50 a.m. in the 600 block of Kenwood Drive.

Nekmurat was traveling in his Toyota Corolla Cross when his vehicle was struck by a Subaru traveling southbound in the northbound lanes. In an instant, a journey that should have ended safely became a devastating loss that left family, friends, colleagues, and an entire community mourning.

Behind every headline is a human being who was deeply loved. Nekmurat was more than a name in a tragic report. He was someone’s beloved son, someone’s cherished friend, someone’s colleague, and a person whose presence brought meaning to the lives around him. Today, we remember Iyanah Pryor, lovingly remembered by those closest to her as ✨Yaya✨, Prinxess Yanah—a beautiful 21-year-old mother whose life was filled with love, determination, promise, and dreams that were only beginning to unfold.

On a Tuesday morning in Milwaukee, Iyanah was walking toward a bus stop on her way to work when she was struck by a vehicle near 92nd and Hampton. Police were called shortly before 6 a.m., and sadly, Iyanah died at the scene. The driver remained at the scene, while authorities continued working to determine what led to the heartbreaking crash.

Iyanah had moved to Milwaukee nearly two years ago, carrying hopes for a brighter future. She was studying to become a CNA and, according to her friend Lashawnda Green, she was among the top of her class. She was building a future she could be proud of.

But above everything else, Iyanah was a devoted mother. Her precious 2-year-old daughter was her pride and joy—the little girl who came before everything else in her heart. She worked toward a better life not only for herself, but for the child she loved beyond words.

Those who knew her remember Yaya as the sweetest and kindest soul, someone who always wanted to help others and whose warmth touched the people around her. Her smile, her kindness, her determination, and most of all, her love for her daughter will forever remain part of the memories she leaves behind.
