In the early morning hours, Travis had stopped along Scenic Highway after his vehicle suffered a flat tire. What should have been an ordinary moment became an unimaginable tragedy when he was struck by a passing black Chevrolet Tahoe. He was found on the highway, and despite the passage of time, the pain of his loss remains deeply felt by those who knew and loved him.<\/p>\n
Behind every heartbreaking headline is a human being\u2014a son, brother, friend, relative, and cherished soul whose presence meant something special to someone. Travis was more than the circumstances surrounding his final moments.
