Shortly after 6:00 a.m., Jeffrey was a passenger in a Chevrolet truck traveling along East State Road 350 when the vehicle collided with a disabled truck parked along the roadway. The crash sent the vehicle into a guardrail and down an embankment. Jeffrey was ejected and, despite the efforts at the scene, he sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased.<\/p>\n
Behind the heartbreaking details of this tragedy was a young man who meant something deeply personal to the people who loved him. To his family, he was more than a name in a report. He was a beloved son, brother, grandson, friend, and cherished part of a family whose world has now been forever changed.<\/p>\n
