At approximately 10:10 a.m., Sergio was driving a 2018 Dodge Charger southbound when he lost control of the vehicle. The car veered off the left side of the roadway, striking a utility pole and two trees. He was the only occupant inside the vehicle and was transported to Hilton Head Hospital, where he sadly succumbed to his injuries at 10:56 a.m. The Beaufort County Coroner\u2019s Office reported that he died from blunt-force injuries.<\/p>\n
