Around 2:45 p.m., in the 90600 block of Territorial Highway, Tracey\u2019s small pickup collided with a northbound log truck, bringing a sudden and tragic end to a life that still held so many unwritten moments.<\/p>\n
In the midst of the wreckage, strangers and first responders fought desperately to keep hope alive. Dispatchers provided CPR instructions to those at the scene as lifesaving efforts began. Lane Fire Authority EMTs arrived and continued the response, but despite every effort, Tracey could not be saved. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.<\/p>\n
