Some nights leave behind memories that are impossible to forget, and some tragedies bring a silence that words can never truly fill. The Toledo community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Tewan Terry, 19, Antonio Adams, 17, and Nasir Johnson, 26, whose lives were tragically cut short in a devastating head-on collision Saturday night in south Toledo, Ohio.

The fatal crash occurred shortly after 11 p.m. on October 31, 2026, at the intersection of Hill Avenue and Wenz Road. According to police, a Dodge Charger and a Chevrolet Blazer collided head-on. Terry was driving the Charger, with three passengers, including Antonio Adams. Both young men suffered fatal injuries and were pronounced dead at the scene.

Nasir Johnson, who was driving the Chevrolet Blazer, was rushed to the University of Toledo Medical Center but sadly succumbed to the injuries sustained in the collision.

Three other passengers, including two teenagers aged 16 and 17, were injured and transported to local hospitals for treatment. A 28-year-old passenger in the Blazer was also injured.

Behind these heartbreaking names are lives that mattered, dreams that deserved more time, and stories that have now been interrupted far too soon. Their families and loved ones are left facing an unimaginable emptiness as they struggle to accept a loss no words can adequately describe.

Authorities have not yet released additional details about what caused the collision. The investigation remains ongoing.

May Tewan Terry, Antonio Adams, and Nasir Johnson rest in eternal peace. Their lives may have ended, but their memories will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved them.
